I'm a health coach with a background in nursing and health promotion including delivering the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme and Behavioural Support Programme for Mounjaro treatment. Throughout my career, I have seen first hand (and experienced myself) the challenges that can come with trying to improve health.
I work supporting busy people because I understand the reality of trying to look after your health when you're juggling work, family, responsibilities and everything else that life throws at you. As a busy professional myself, I know that health advice can sound great in theory but be impossible to put into practice because it's a one size fits all approach and assumes you have all the hours in the day.
I believe that good health is built on solid foundations; nutrition, physical activity, mental wellbeing and quality sleep. However, as your coach our work together will be guided by what matters to you most, focusing on the areas that you feel will have greatest impact on your health and wellbeing.
On a personal note, I live in Dorset having moved down from London a few years back. I have a teenage son and a cockapoo called Millie. Now in my mid 40's, I feel healthier and stronger, physically and mentally, than ever before and I am grateful for this every day.
